The annual display of nonconformity celebrates the post-holiday season in its typically loud, irreverent style in Old Town Pasadena. The twisted sister to Pasadena’s prim and proper Rose Parade will send up a woolly range of mischiefs, grounded superheroes, political pundits, homegrown satirists and other bohemian frolickers.
